Description

CICO® HD 8030 B – TitanForce is a specialized, high-performance next-generation lubricant with adaptive properties. It is designed for heavy-duty mechanical systems and open gears operating under high loads, frequent exposure to water, salt, and sludge, and intense vibration.

Its excellent adhesion and high resistance to washout ensure long-term protection and reliable performance even in the most demanding operational environments. It is suitable for both stationary and mobile systems – from rotary kilns to port cranes – and can be applied manually (with brush or spatula) or automatically via dedicated lubrication systems.

CICO® HD 8030 B – TitanForce is ideal for open gear systems used in industrial kilns, mining machinery, and equipment operating under heavy extraction conditions. It performs reliably in the steel and metallurgy industries in components such as linear and segment drives, guides, and crane trolleys.

In the hydropower and energy sectors, it is used for sliding valves, gates, sluices, and other components exposed to water and variable weather. It protects sliding systems, conveyors, and open mechanisms in shipyards, ports – including offshore installations – and wastewater facilities.

It is also effective in heavy machinery engineering, unshielded gear and transport mechanisms, chemical processing systems, and pulp and paper production where high humidity and aggressive media are present. In the cement industry, it lubricates large open gears in rotary kilns, dryers, and ball mills under continuous load.

The product is also used in heavy logistics and military equipment – wherever dependable performance is required under harsh and shifting conditions.
