Description

CICO® HD 8020 B – UltraForce is a specialized high-performance lubricant of the new generation with adaptive properties, designed for use in demanding operating conditions – such as high dust exposure, vibrations, dynamic impacts, and heavy pressure. It performs exceptionally well in impact systems and equipment working directly in contact with soil, rock, and mud – both in aboveground and underground environments.

Thanks to its high viscosity and excellent resistance to washout, it ensures reliable lubrication performance even under the harshest conditions. It can be applied manually using a brush, broom, or spatula.

Applications and Innovative Features

CICO® HD 8020 B – UltraForce is used in heavily loaded industrial mechanisms such as hydraulic hammers, tampers, and other impact tools in the mining and drilling industries. Due to its high resistance to vibrations and dynamic shocks, it is ideal for drilling drives and tunnel boring machines (TBMs), as well as for foundation equipment like pile drivers.

The product is also recommended for lubricating joints and pins on excavator arms, loaders, and crushers in heavy construction, as well as for bearing-guided rails and drive systems used in challenging terrain.

CICO® HD 8020 B – UltraForce provides reliable protection for machine elements operating in mud, sand, dust, and under high loads – including in transport vehicles and specialized military and engineering equipment.
